I just had to write to let you know how happy I am that I had Steer Safe Stabilizers installed on my Motor Home. July 30, 1989, my family and I were on the Indianapolis By-pass, traveling at 55 mph when I HAD A RIGHT FRONT TIRE BLOWOUT. The blowout was so severe that the tire completely separated from the wheel. Although there was an immediate pull to the right thanks to Steer Safe Stabilizers I was able to maintain the motor home in the proper lane. There was a car right next to me which I know I would have hit if I had not been able to control the motor home. This certainly would have brought a quick end to my family's vacation.

After I pulled over and had a chance to take a look at the wheel I saw that since the tire was completely gone the motor home had dropped down thereby bending the Steer Safe wheel bracket. All it took was a phone cal to your office and the part was sent to me. Your personnel were so helpful over the telephone that I was able to install the new bracket myself thanks to their help. We were once again on our way. The professional way my phone call was answered and the excellent way the stabilizers performed made me very glad I had your steer safe stabilizers installed on my motor home.

Although somewhat belated, I am writing to thank you for your product and its quality plus thank you for the aftermarket support given by the people in your organization. The "Steer Safe" system has unequivocally proven to me its value as an add on to my motor home.

Back in late 1987 I bought a new 1988 33 foot Holiday Rambler Imperial motor home built on a Chevrolet chassis. In the first few trips out in my new coach I noticed a cross wind "wig wag" that was objectionable to me...Early in the summer of this year I and my family were returning from a very enjoyable vacation at Myrtle Beach, SC. We were traveling north on I-95 between Richmond, VA and Washington, DC late on a Saturday afternoon. The traffic was heavy and I was in the center lane doing about 65 mph trying to get around some "big rigs." All of a sudden I heard a "wop-wop-wop" sound and I immediately knew that I had a tire coming apart. Before I could react there was a loud explosion with a lot of smoke and noise. I braced for a violent reaction but there was none. I put my turn signal on, changed lanes, and brought the coach to a stop on the shoulder of I-95 with everyone unharmed but scared to death...During the whole ordeal of the blowout, which seemed like an eternity as it was happening, the motor home drove as though everything were perfectly normal. There was no pulling or jerking of the steering wheel and I was able to direct the coach exactly where I wanted to without any additional effort. When I thought about what could have happened without the "Steer Safe" system chills went up and down my spine

Needless to say I am a firm believer in your product and can personally attest that it will do all it is advertised to do. Also, an added bonus, you have one of the most courteous and helpful staffs that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My family and I would like to thank you for the "Steer Safe" system and I would like to additionally thank your people for the outstanding aftermarket service job they are doing. If ever I can be of assistance to help your company in the marketing and/or sale of the "Steer Safe" system please let me know as I firmly believe that every coach should have one of your systems installed on it.
